Help!!!! You are killing me!!!!!


Our hair is a very important factor which helps in reflecting our beauty, personality and confidence. However, if proper care is not taken, the health and the condition of our hair may be deteriorated, which may spoil the condition of our entire hair. Here are a few things that contribute to the deterioration of our hair;

Poor Physical Condition

Not only is poor physical condition and heath a major reason behind heart disease, it causes chronic fatigue, low energy and other problems. Blah blah!! How does this relate to our hair? It has been proven that our hair benefits greatly from exercise and good circulation. Our hair is a barometer of our overall physical health. Think about it, if your body is not being well taken care of, what does your hair and skin look like?

Developing good a physical condition doesn't mean that you have to join a health club and work out 10 hours ever day. It just means to pay attention to your body and get some exercise for at least 20-30 minutes at least 3 times a week. More is better of course. 


Erratic Sleeping Patterns
Improper sleep may be harmful for our hair and may result in hair loss. Due to extreme stress, we may not be able to sleep properly. This improper sleep pattern has a great impact on our health , and may also result in hair loss. It is very important for us to have adequate sleep every day, so as to prevent hair loss and maintain healthy hair. Are you getting your required amount of sleep? If not, maybe you need to visit your doctor. Besides helping your body to refuel and regenerate, sleep reduces stress levels, helps you relax and is a great hair tonic.

Unbalanced Diet
Not having a balanced diet may have harmful impacts on the growth of our hair. It is very important for your hair to get the required amounts of nutrition, so that it grows in a healthy manner. Having a fully nutritious diet, full of proteins and vitamins will provide your hair with the required level of nourishment needed. It is also important to drink plenty of water during the day, so that your hair remains hydrated and moisturized.

Excess Nicotine and Caffine
Too much nicotine and caffeine can also be disastrous for our hair. If you are a smoker, try to quit smoking or limit the number of times you smoke per day. Smoking is not only dangerous to our  health, but is also damages our hair.  It has been proven that smoking accelerates the incidence of hair loss and the accumulation of gray hair.
Also, foods containing caffeine should be taken in limited quantity to maintain the healthy growth of our hair.

 If you are guilty of any of these practices, it may be difficult to stop or start doing the right thing suddenly. To achieve great results start little by little until you reach your desired goal. Good luck in the process.
